How to Store Fudge

I prefer to slice and keep my fudge in an airtight container in the fridge. This will last up to 7 days in the refrigerator. This fudge is so great, and if you like it at room temperature then set it out and allow it to warm up a bit.

Can You Freeze Fudge

Absolutely! You can freeze this truffle fudge. Allow the fudge to set up and then slice and then store in the freezer for up to three months. You can slice it up and have it ready to grab, or freeze it whole and then thaw and slice. Do whichever you prefer.

What Can I Use In Replace To Walnuts Fudge Recipe

You are welcome to use pecans in replace of walnuts if you prefer. Or even slivered or chopped almonds would be fantastic as well. Or you could a blend of nuts. Now if you are not big into nuts to feel free to leave them out.

Can I Double This Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Yes, you can and then use a 9×13 pan instead of an 8×8 size pan. This fudge recipe is so easy and great for doubling to serve a crowd. You can make as much or as little as you would like in this fudge recipe.
